Which Enterprise GPT is the best for my company?
With the increasing maturity of Enterprise GPTs, a growing number of tools from different providers are appearing on the market. Each has its strengths and weaknesses, making them more or less suitable for specific use cases, and the choice is not always straightforward. In this article, we compare some of the leading European GPT software solutions and highlight their optimal use cases.

This overview is not exhaustive. The article was last updated in October 2024 and includes insights from our own research, based on publicly available information such as company websites and LinkedIn insights. Which GPT to use in a company? Key criteria
As the number of AI tools that simplify data querying increases, the question quickly arises: Which one is best for me and my company? As usual, there is no one-size-fits-all answer. However, here are some preliminary considerations that can help with the decision:
1. What data should be queried?
Not every tool can handle every type of data and data pool. It’s important to consider not only the file type (docx, pdf, xlsx, etc.) but also whether APIs are available for relevant platforms.
2. In what context/company/industry should the tool be used?
Different providers focus on meeting the needs of specific companies and industries.
For instance, tools are increasingly tailored to the needs of distinct areas like insurance, marketing teams, or large corporations.
3. How critical is the output quality of the results?
If the tool is required to perform many standardized and simple queries, simpler GPTs can be of great help.
However, if the data is sensitive—such as personal or business-critical data—a more advanced tool is recommended. This is why RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions are currently preferred in such cases.
4. Which IT system should the tool be integrated into?
Not every AI tool can be used in every IT system without limitations. A prime example is Copilot, which can be quickly implemented and used within the Microsoft ecosystem, but might face challenges when integrating with third-party platforms.
The technical requirements for AI systems are diverse, including:
- Data protection policies
- Data security
- Integration into existing IT systems
- Requirements for the answer quality of the AI system
- Compliance involvement
- External frameworks (e.g., EU AU Act)
- AI model requirements
