About the speakers

Tobias Domnik is the Head of Organization Development at grenke AG and is responsible for the areas of strategy development and strategy operationalization, company-wide process governance, strategic organizational development, business model development, and ESG. His focus is on designing an efficient organizational structure and workflow that enables grenke AG to develop sustainably and strengthen its business model. Additionally, he is temporarily acting as an AI Product Manager, tasked with embedding artificial intelligence within the company and addressing the transformative impacts of AI.

As Head of Sales at ONTEC AI, Christian Casari has been advising companies for several years on how to support business-critical processes with AI technology. His focus is particularly on making use of the unstructured data assets of companies. Through his involvement in the implementation of various AI projects and numerous discussions with clients, he has gained extensive experience in the effective use of AI in businesses.

As Managing Director of grenke digital GmbH, Tobias Wüchner is responsible, among other things, for the technical design, development, and operation of the digital leasing platform aimed at digitizing the core business processes of the Grenke Group. His focus is on developing and operating regulatory-compliant, scalable, and technologically competitive software solutions to meet the high regulatory requirements and scaling needs of the Grenke Group’s leasing business model in an economical and sustainable way. To balance the interplay of regulatory compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness, (Gen)AI is increasingly being utilized at various points along the value chain and within the digital leasing platform.

As a Senior AI Developer at ONTEC AI, Tobias Lint serves as the responsible Tech Lead for one of our largest clients, grenke digital GmbH. In this role, his focus is on designing and implementing functionalities for our AI platform, as well as closely coordinating and collaborating with the ONTEC AI team, including project managers, developers, and product designers. Additionally, he works closely with the client-side stakeholders to ensure that the client’s requirements are not only quickly understood but also fully grasped in their broader context. His goal is to provide excellent service through a deep understanding of customer needs and backgrounds, thereby successfully delivering tailored AI solutions.
